Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Collab Reminder Pro Plan subscription. Please read it carefully before purchasing. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and understood this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Digital Service — Immediate Delivery

The Collab Reminder Pro Plan is a digital service that is made available to you immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, as a result, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/EEA consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content. This waiver is confirmed at the point of checkout before payment is processed.

General Non-Refundability

Because the Pro Plan delivers immediate access to all subscription features — including the AI auto-posting quota, the billing dashboard, and Stripe Customer Portal management — subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles. Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided. Unused posts do not carry over to the next period and are not refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all Pro Plan features and your remaining post quota until that date. After cancellation, no further charges are made and your subscription is not automatically renewed. Cancellation is not a refund and does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee.

Exceptions — When We May Issue a Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our side; (b) the service was completely inaccessible for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during your billing period due to a fault attributable to us (not to third-party providers such as Discord, Stripe, or X/Twitter); or (c) applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund that cannot be waived by agreement. Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted via the support ticket system on this website within 14 days of the charge or the event giving rise to the claim.

Service Discontinuation

In the event that we permanently discontinue the Pro Plan, we will provide at least 7 days' notice and issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing period to all active subscribers. This is the only circumstance in which a pro-rata refund is guaranteed regardless of the above.

Termination for Violation

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service — including but not limited to misuse of the auto-posting feature, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform rules for X/Twitter — no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a valid charge under this policy may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we consider invalid and to permanently terminate accounts found to have filed fraudulent disputes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions in section 04, submit a support ticket via the ticket system on this website. Please include your Discord username, the email address associated with your Stripe account, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by German law. It forms part of and should be read alongside the full Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail. Consumer rights under mandatory EU/EEA law are not affected by this policy.
